1988ric Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1 Definitions & Introduction

"1988ric" refers to the online gaming platform operating at https://1988ric.com. "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the 1988ric platform. "Services" encompasses all gaming products, payment systems, promotional programmes, and customer support provided by 1988ric.

These Terms & Conditions govern all interactions between members and the 1988ric platform. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which forms part of this overall agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the 1988ric platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
• Is not on any platform's self-exclusion list.
• Not an employee, representative, or immediate family member of any 1988ric staff.
• Holding one (1) account only — one person, one account is an absolute rule at 1988ric.

1988ric reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of 1988ric's Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

Members are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out under your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 1988ric support team. 1988ric will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the sharing of login information.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 1988ric may request the following verification documents before approving any withdrawal:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• A recent bank statement (no older than 3 months) showing your name and account number.
• Proof of e-wallet ownership (screenshot from the Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or other relevant app).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1988ric platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion and no hidden fees are charged by 1988ric for any transaction.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Minimum deposit is RM10 and will be credited to your account within 1–3 minutes once payment is successfully confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Minimum withdrawal is RM50. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 15–30 minutes once identity verification and rollover checks are complete. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name — transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Daily Withdrawal Limits

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1988ric offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions to members. All promotional offers displayed on the Promotions and Welcome Bonus subject to the following terms and conditions:

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the rollover requirements.
• Rollover requirements typically range from 5x to 25x depending on the bonus type — specific conditions are stated on each individual offer.
• 1988ric reserves the right to void bonuses if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or fraud.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never previously registered an account with 1988ric.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, coordinating bets across accounts, or using automated software — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the 1988ric platform — including slots, live Baccarat, Blackjack, Malaysia Super League and EPL Sports Betting, badminton, virtual sports, and e-sports — are governed by their respective game rules, which can be found within each game's interface.

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 1988ric will review the system logs to determine a fair outcome.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once a game has begun.
• 1988ric uses audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair play across all games.

7 Member Conduct

1988ric members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of abusive language, threats, or harassment toward support staff or other members.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the 1988ric platform systems.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software during gameplay.
• Sharing your account or allowing another individual to access it.
• Any form of financial fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or fraudulent bank accounts.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

1988ric takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. All information collected is used solely for account management, payment processing, and service improvement. 9 Liability Limits

1988ric shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Loss of internet connectivity or device failure on the member's end.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

1988ric's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

1988ric reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 1988ric customer support. Any valid balance remaining after review will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
